  2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the following cases shall not be considered as providing the information to a third party.
    1.When the Company consigns the handling of all or part of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
    2.When personal information is provided as a result of business succession due to reasons such as mergers.
    3.When personal information is used jointly with a specific party, and the individual has been notified in advance or has been placed in a position where they can easily find out about the fact, the items of personal information to be used jointly, the scope of the parties using it jointly, the purpose of use for the parties using it, and the name or title of the person responsible for managing the personal information in question.

Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

  1. If the personal information held by the Company about the user is incorrect, the user may request the Company to correct, add to, or delete (hereafter referred to as “correct, etc.”) the personal information in accordance with the procedures specified by the Company.
  2. If the Company receives a request from a user as described in the preceding paragraph and determines that it is necessary to respond to that request, it shall make the correction, etc. of the personal information in question without delay.
  3. When the Company has made a correction, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or when it has made a decision not to make a correction, etc., it will notify the user of this without delay.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)

  1. If the Company is requested by the individual to suspend or delete the use of their personal information (hereinafter referred to as “suspension of use, etc.”) on the grounds that the personal information is being used for purposes beyond the scope of the intended use or that it was obtained by wrongful means, the Company will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
  2. If, based on the results of the investigation in the previous paragraph, it is determined that it is necessary to comply with the request, the Company will suspend the use of the personal information in question without delay.
  3. If the Company has suspended use, etc. in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or has made a decision not to suspend use, etc., it will notify the user of this without delay.
  4. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if there are significant costs involved in suspending use, or if there are other difficulties in suspending use, but it is possible to take alternative measures to protect the rights and interests of the user, then these alternative measures shall be taken.

Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

  1. The contents of this policy may be changed without notifying users, except in cases where laws or other matters specified in this policy require otherwise.
  2. Except in cases where otherwise specified by our company, the revised privacy policy shall come into effect from the time it is posted on this website.
